250mm Stump Planer (65mm Round Shaft)

JB Equipment Ltd’s stump planing auger attachment is available in two sizes, 250mm diameter and 350mm diameter, with the former available in 65mm round shaft, and the latter available with a 75mm square shaft connection. These stump augers can be used on mini skid steers, skid steers, compact track loaders, tractors, backhoes, and excavators.

Please note that for optimum performance, the 250mm stump planing auger should be used on an earth auger drive unit that can produce 2,000 newton-meters of torque (Drive Two and above), while the 350mm requires a drive unit capable of producing at least 5,000 newton-meters of torque (Drive Six and above). It should also be noted that our stump planer augers are not compatible with 3 Point PTO Augers for tractors.

Our heavy-duty flighting provides superior support to the dual cutting edges and helps remove shavings from the cutting edges, ensuring the blades stay in constant contact with the stump. Our high-quality alloy cutting edges are engineered and designed to last and can be easily removed and sharpened when needed. Our durable spiral centre point is engineered to pull the stump auger into the stump, requiring little down pressure, and is also easily replaceable.
